me + cars = bad luck

That's what I've decided. I'm a magnet for bad luck when cars are involved. We all know in the past I totaled my first car (which was old so it didn't take a lot to total it, but that's beside the fact...) and with my current car it is constantly breaking. Well now it has happened to someone ELSES car.

My car is about 3 hours away from me and this week my plan was to fly home for some down time and then a family friend who is driving to Austin was going to take me to where my car was. THEN all the flights were oversold and I would never get on standby that way so the NEW plan was for a friend to drive me to my car and then I would drive the rest of the way home. Well we got about 45 minutes outside of town when BAM tire blowout. Damn.

So yeah I spent my time trying to find anyone else who could drive me to Temple but nobody could without me ruining their Spring Break plans... so now this morning I'm attempting to fly home once more! Let's hope it all works.
